Janice Elizabeth DONNELLY, daughter of Lionel Edwin DONNELLY and Mavis Follett SHAW, was born on 13 December 1939 in Woolongong NSW. She died on 15 September 2005 at the age of 65 in Prince Charles Hospital, Brisbane Australia. She was buried on 17 September 2005 in Mt Gravatt Cematorium, Brisbane Australia.
